What is the best way to avoid case-folding errors with mercurial?

I have tried to set the logicals PYTHONVMS_CASE_BLIND_FNMATCH and PYTHON_CASE_BLIND_FNMATCH but mercurial still seems to see "test.c" and "TEST.C" as two different files.

Is there an option on the command line that can be used? Or perhaps a different logical?

Thanks for any help!
Mike

Hello Mike,

I have found this :
http://mercurial.selenic.com/wiki/CaseFolding
http://mercurial.selenic.com/wiki/FixingCaseCollisions
http://mercurial.selenic.com/wiki/FixcaseExtension

Google with "mercurial case sensitive" return some links.

PYTHON_CASE_BLIND_FNMATCH is only to allow to run some Python code on a ODS2 disk or for compatibility with with old code which use import foo in some place and import Foo in others.
