I have a database from a MySQL 4 system that I want to migrate into a MySQL 5 system.

Is there a straightforward way of upgrading the database. Simply copying the contents of the MYSQL_ROOT:[DATA...] directory structure to MYSQL051_ROOT:[DATA...] does not seem to work.

One additional difference is that the system I am migrating onto has a different SCSNODE ID - does this impact the database too.
