LD Drives mount OK but appear to be empty

I just tried to install the LD's and get no errors.
OpenVMS V7.3-2 on node AAAA 4-JUN-2018 13:49:57.43 Uptime 1 04:35:40

I have not used Logical Drives before on this system. However, the install and command definition also had no errors. I'm not sure where to go from here. The documentation talks about ODS-5 but this mounts as ODS-2 and I don't see and option for mounting it as ODS-5 (if that's even necessary).

How did the DSK files end up on your VMS system?
They come as ZIP files, was they unzip'ed locally on VMS?
